One of the oldest climbing areas in Nanaimo, most of the Rutherford crags are located within City of Nanaimo’s Linley Valley Park. However two crags, Shaman Wall and Archaeology Bluffs, are on private land just outside the park boundary. The land owner has expressed concern about climbing on his property.
