Several of our amazing local developers have been hard at work recently with approximately 50 new routes available to climbers within the coming months. 

First up is Rutherford Ridges. Alex has developed The Roost with 4 new beginner/intermediate routes ranging from 5.7/8 to 5.11- and the Xmas wall has 4 new routes. 

Sunny Side has a new area called Kingswood developed by Kent. The 15m wall contains 7 new routes ranging from 5.7 to mid 5.10. Additionally, the lower shelf at Sunny Side has multiple new routes and extensions, including an epic pre-hung traverse on some of the most picturesque rock you’ll ever see!

Last but certainly not least, Ryan’s ongoing work on Benson has opened up roughly 30 beginners routes (5.7-5.9), with a mix of sport and trad over two pitches, plus a fresh cleaning of some routes on the left side of Lower Benson and a dozen more routes planned to be bolted this spring.
